John: Auntie Mary, would you like a piece of cake? I made it myself.
Mary: Yes, please. …wow, it's delicious. I didn't know that you can prepare such wonderful dish by yourself.
John: Of, course I can. I bet you thought I was one dish-wonder. Well, you've got that wrong. My sister and I always helped our mum in the kitchen when we were younger so now we can cook meals by ourselves.
Mary: That’s impressive. My Sally can’t even fry eggs by herself.
John: Oh, don’t be so hard on her. She’s only 10.
Mary: Well, maybe you are right. But her dad is almost 40 and he can’t even make himself a cup of coffee. Maybe it runs in the family.
John: Well, history repeats itself, doesn't it?
